Class Bookings Terms and Conditions (UK) – GDPR Compliant and Refund Policy
By booking a class with Little Lambs music, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Confirmation and Data Protection:
1.1. All class bookings are subject to availability.
1.2. A booking confirmation will be sent to your provided email address upon successful registration and payment.
1.3. Little Lambs is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection laws.
2. Personal Data Collection and Usage:
2.1. In the booking process, Little Lambs will collect personal data necessary for registration and communication purposes. This may include but is not limited to your name, contact information, and any relevant medical or health details for class participation.
2.2. Little Lambs will use this personal data solely for the purposes of managing your class booking, providing class-related information, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable class experience.
3. Data Retention:
3.1. Little Lambs will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal or regulatory obligations. Afterward, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
4. Third-Party Data Sharing:
4.1. Little Lambs will not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. However, it may share relevant information with class instructors or service providers involved in facilitating the class.
4.2. Little Lambs will ensure that any third parties processing personal data on its behalf are GDPR compliant and have appropriate security measures in place.
5. Refunds and Cancellations:
5.1. Refunds are available for class bookings as follows:
– Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the class start date will receive a full refund.
– Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 2 days but at least 1 day before the class start date may receive a partial refund, subject to [your refund policy percentage].
– No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 before the class start date are non- refundable.
5.2. To request a refund, cancellation must be made in writing via email or Little Lambs official communication channels.
6. Rescheduling:
6.1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing a participant from attending the class, Little Lambs will do its best to accommodate a rescheduling option, subject to availability.

7. Attendance and Participation:
7.1. Participants must arrive on time for the scheduled class. Latecomers may be denied entry to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.
7.2. Participants are expected to adhere to class rules and guidelines as communicated by Little Lambs instructors.
8. Health and Safety:
8.1. Participants must inform Little Lambs of any medical conditions, allergies, or other health considerations that may affect their participation in the class. For our baby massage classes if there is any health or medical condition declared either for baby and or parent you must seek advice from your health professional before attending a class. We are not able to offer any medical advice and you will have to sign a consent form to say you have sort health advice if you declare any conditions.
8.2. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they are physically fit to engage in the class activities.
9. Liability:
9.1. While Little Lambs takes all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable class experience, participants acknowledge that participation is voluntary and involves inherent risks.
9.2. Little Lambs, its instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damages incurred during the class.
10. Changes to T&C’s:
10.1. Little Lambs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
By proceeding with your class booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including the GDPR-related data protection provisions and Refund Policy.

SPILLAGES
Please report any spillages to a class leader ASAP to be cleaned up.
FOOD AND DRINK
Other than babies needing milk, we respectfully ask that food and drink not be consumed near our areas. Food or drink should be kept from the messy play areas.
Hot drinks we kindly ask hot drinks are kept away from our equipment to protect the little ones. If we have a table at the venue we are happy for you to leave your hot drink there. There will be a marker pen so you can initial your drink.
ILLNESS
Please do not allow your child to attend a class if they are ill. Please do not bring your child to a class in the following circumstances:
- They have had sickness or diarrhoea 48 hours before the class.
- They have heavy nasal discharge.
- They have discharge from their eyes.
- They have symptoms of a possible communicable disease, including, but not limited to: Covid-19, measles, chicken pox, German measles, whooping cough, impetigo, scarlet fever, hand foot and mouth disease or norovirus.
SAFEGUARDING AND CHILD PROTECTION
Little Lambs Baby Time is dedicated to providing a safe and calm atmosphere at the sessions. Naomi Lamy is the designated safeguarding lead and has taken the appropriate training. Parents and guardians are always responsible for their children. Children must be actively supervised at all times, including before, during, after and at the venue of the Little Lambs sessions.
Little Lambs Baby Time will not be liable to you for any loss, damage or injury suffered by you or a child for whom you are responsible, either directly or indirectly, at our venues, and as a consequence of you not following our instructions during the provision of our classes or services. Parents and guardians take full responsibility for their child’s safety and behaviour.
If parents or guardians have a concern about a child while attending the session, they should report this to the designated safeguarding lead Naomi Lamy and follow this up with an email to littlelambsbabytime@gmail.com.
Little Lambs Baby Time staff and volunteers have had appropriate safeguard training and an enhanced DBS.
Little Lambs Baby Time has a full safeguarding policy that it actively follows.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
We are not liable for your personal property. Please note that your property and belongings which you or your child bring to a Little Lambs Baby Time session are your responsibility. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to such property.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Parents are welcome to take photos and videos of their child throughout our classes. If they wish to share these on social media, they must ensure they have only captured their child and children they have permission for.
However, this is at the sole discretion of the class leader, who may withdraw this right at any time when a parent is acting unreasonably (for example, preventing or delaying us from providing the session, taking excessive amounts of photos, videoing whole segments of our classes, or taking pictures or videos of other children without their parent’s permission).
Little Lambs Baby Time will ask permission before taking photos and sharing these on our social media page. There are forms with the relevant section for social media and images for parents to sign at every session.
RISK ASSESSMENTS
Little Lambs Baby Time always does a risk assessment of the building and surrounding area. We make every effort to ensure our venues are safe and secure. Parents and guardians are always responsible for their children. Children must be actively supervised at all times, including before, during, after and at the venue of the Little Lambs sessions.
Little Lambs Baby Time will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by you or a child for whom you are responsible, either directly or indirectly, at our venues, and as a consequence of you not following our instructions during the provision of our classes or services.
Parents and guardians take full responsibility for their child’s safety and behaviour.
CONDUCT AT OUR SESSIONS
Little Lambs Baby Time reserves the right to terminate the right to attend our sessions if you breach our terms and conditions.
No refunds will be given except at the sole discretion of Little Lambs Baby Time.
By booking our sessions, you accept that you have read and agree with our terms and conditions.
COMPLAINTS
Little Lambs Baby Time puts a lot of time and effort into each session, and we hope you are happy with them. However, if you are dissatisfied with a session, please follow our complaints procedure.
- Speak to your class leader at an appropriate time.
- Put your complaint in writing by emailing naomi@littlelambsmusic.co.uk
We treat every complaint seriously and will respond appropriately.
HYGIENE
All our equipment is regularly cleaned and stored in a hygienic manner.
